The brief
A three-person marketing team at a Series A B2B SaaS company committed to a public product launch with a five-day window from kickoff to live campaign. The internal designer was on parental leave and the agency retainer had been paused to extend runway.
The team chose to run the entire production stack on Communication Designer rather than briefing a freelancer for each deliverable. The constraint forced a single source of truth for tone of voice and visual system across every asset.
The workflow
Day 1 was research: the Competitor Analysis tool produced a positioning teardown of the three closest competitors, and the Trend Research tool surfaced two angles trending in the category that week. The team locked the messaging frame by EOD.
Day 2 the Ad Copy Generator produced four headline variants per placement (Meta feed, LinkedIn, Google Search, YouTube pre-roll) — twelve in total — graded against a CTR-optimised rubric.
Day 3 the Website Generator produced a one-page responsive landing page from a structured brief. Output was raw HTML/CSS/JS, deployed to the existing marketing subdomain in under an hour.
Day 4 the Banner Generator delivered the full eight-placement set, and the Social Post Generator returned the launch-day social pack (feed posts, story templates, LinkedIn carousel slides).
Day 5 the Newsletter Generator produced a five-step nurture sequence (announcement, feature deep-dive, customer-style use case, social proof prompt, soft CTA), each with subject line and preview text.
The result
The campaign shipped on schedule. Every asset carried tracked redirect links so the in-app performance dashboard exposed CTR and downstream conversions per ad variant — without bolting on a separate analytics stack.
Two ad-copy variants emerged as clear winners by day three of paid spend; the team killed the other ten and reallocated budget without an additional creative cycle. The retainer pause held.
