Yes — output from paid runs on Communication Designer may be used commercially. Free trial runs are for evaluation, and you remain responsible for checking that a concept does not collide with existing trademarks or third-party rights.
Commercial rights on paid runs are part of the terms of service. That covers the usual cases: client work, ads, social posts, packaging, presentations, websites.
Two limits matter in practice. First, a generative model can produce something close to an existing mark or style; a trademark and image-rights check before launch stays your job. Second, quotes, logos of other companies and likenesses of real people are not cleared by us.
Most results are returned directly to the browser and are not a permanent project archive. Download files you want to keep.
